Musicians for Health: A Tribute to Jerry Lee Lewis

October 8 @ 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM

We are excited to announce A Musicians for Health event benefiting Musicians for Health and Cincinnati Cancer Advisors: A Tribute to Jerry Lee Lewis.

Three awesome artists that have been secured by well-known music lover, Dr. Phil Leming, will be playing for the first time all together at the same venue during one show!

Michael Kaeshammer from Vancouver, Canada has developed a style that weaves threads of classical, jazz, blues, boogie-woogie and even pop into a sonic tapestry. His opportunities have been wide-reaching and many include: open spots for Ray Charles; backing singers like Marva Wright; co-writing sessions with Randy Bachman and Colin James.

Henri Herbert is a YouTube piano sensation with over 100 million views, recording artist whose music includes boogie-woogie, blues and rock and roll. He tours all over the world and has been referred to as among the best and most sought after of all contemporary blues and boogie-woogie pianists. He also performs as a soloist and worked with Isabella Summers, Jim Sciavunos and Slim Jim Phantom. He has appeared on the Dave Letterman show and is currently working in Austin, Texas where he performs and records regularly. He has also performed private concerts for clients including Bryan Adams, Gucci, The Prince of Monaco and Francis Huster.

The Josh Christina Band personifies Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley and even more live on through The Josh Christina Band. The piano-wielding front man is joined by Jim Charlsen – bass, Matt Kelley – guitar and Teddy Grant – drums, and combines the soul of what was once the most controversial musical movement of the time with his own distinct performance style. He single-handedly breaths life back into the original story of a genre that shaped music for generations to come. Christina allows history to repeat itself.

All three of these fantastic artists will perform for the benefit of Musicians for Health and Cincinnati Cancer Advisors.
