How to Become a Member

Pay online via Paypal or credit card (see button below) or mail a check to:

Yearly dues are:

Individual: $20/year (one card)

Business/Band: $25/year (4 cards- must provide band/business name)

Double (two people): $30/year (2 cards- same household only; please provide both names)

Patron: $100/year because you love the BLUES!  (2 cards- please provide both names)

If you are purchasing a membership for multiple people, please list all names (use the special instructions to seller link in Paypal).

Note: New membership cards are mailed at the end of each month, effective for the upcoming month.

Note2: The deadline to sign up for a new membership in time for CINCY BLUES FEST is TUESDAY, July 20, 2010. Plan ahead for paper mailing! Any memberships received after that date will NOT be processed until AFTER Cincy Blues Fest
