Rhythm Jones performs our own renditions of classic blues, soul, R&B, and rock songs from artists ranging from: Buddy Guy, BB King, Bonnie Raitt, Aretha Franklin, Neville Brothers, Eric Clapton and Taj Mahal to more contemporary artists such as The Tedeschi-Trucks Band.

Rachel Sontag, vocals: Rachel has sung in church for most of her life and that’s where her deep soulfulness comes from. Having heard Rachel’s powerful and beautiful singing at her own wedding, Eric Oseas invited her to join Rhythm Jones a few years ago.
Eric Oseas, guitarist songwriter: Eric played in Boston bands Ped Xing, The Positions and Headroom in the eighties returning to Cincinnati in 1990 to concentrate on songwriting and production until shifting focus to performance in 2006 to record and perform with Bootsy Collins.
Steve Fitzpatrick, guitarist, vocalist: Steve is a former USO touring musician and a founding member of NYC’s The Blue Iquanas. Steve moved to Louisville in 1993 and fronted Norman Rocks Well for 10 years before relocating to Cincinnati area to raise a family and perform locally.
Bob Nave, Hammond organist, vocalist, songwriter: Bob is a founding member of the acclaimed Lemon Pipers best known for their #1 hit ‘Green Tambourine’ in the late 60’s. He was a recipient of a Cammy Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2003 and was inducted into the Ohio Music Museum and Hall of Fame in 2015.
Sammy Wulfeck, Bass & vocals. Sammy is a founding member of The Stapletons and Sparrow Bellows. He has also contributed to other projects including Goose and The Black Owls. Sammy continues his partnership with Jody Stapleton performing and recording original music. 2
Roger Bates, Drums: Roger began his professional music career playing for gospel groups and choirs before being introduced to the Blues jamming with Big Joe Duskin. He moved to San Antonio, Texas to play drums with Groovline, The Altered Natives and Jommy Spacek among others. Since returning to Cincinnati Roger has played with several area groups including Them Bones, Sweet Alice Hoskins, The Juice, and The Soul Fixers.
