This year Cincy Blues Fest 2006 rocks the river with a look back....what we're calling Deja Blues. We'll feature some of the finest acts from years past, as well as a few hot acts here for the first time. A special feature of this year's Fest is the addition of a Local Stage featuring many of the competitors from our 2006 Cincy Blues Challenge. We are pleased to have a showcase for our powerful local Blues scene. This stage will join our Main Stage, Arches Boogie Piano Stage, Acoustic Stage and Gospel Stage to give you the finest two days of music we've ever presented. Come out and join us! These two days of entertainment are produced solely by volunteers. Admission is only $5 each day. Children under 12 (with parent) are free. Free for members of the Cincy Blues Society with their membership cards.

The 2006 Cincy Blues Fest is presented by the Cincy Blues Society, an educational non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and perpetuating Blues Music as an American art form. It is our philosophy to keep the festival admission low cost ($5 per day), so that the music is accessible to all people regardless of economic or social background. This festival is our 14th year of fun.

Cincy Blues Fest 2006 is a celebration of the Blues - America's indigenous music that gave birth to jazz, rhythm and blues, and rock n' roll. Get back to the roots of modern American music and discover why the Blues is still a viable and vital music today.
