Enjoy nationally acclaimed recording artists including Victor Wainwright and Train, Tad Robinson, Noah Wotherspoon, Ricky Nye, G Miles and the Band of Helping Hands, 500 Miles to Memphis and more… kid zone , shopping with local vendors, food, beer, bourbon and wine. The festival is FREE to the public and takes place at the Tower Park Amphitheater. Attendees who would like to see Paul Thorn perform an up close and personal concert can purchase tickets and join us at the VIP Paul Thorn After Party. All proceeds of the event will benefit the Band of Helping Hands charity.
Inaugural “Blues & BBQ Connections” will connect great music and Southern-style cuisine and feature 3 blues bands, each of whom will perform a 45-minute set for 3 hours of continuous music starting at 6:00 PM:
• Cheryl Renée Project from 6:00 to 6:45 PM
• Ralph and the Rhythm Hounds from 7:00 to 7:45 PM
• Misterman and the Mojo Band from 8:00 to 8:45 PM
Admission is $10 for adults in advance online and $15 at the door. Ticket price for children age 12 and under is $5. All tickets may be purchased online through www.BluesBBQConnections.or
Food for purchase will include rib tips, pulled pork, brisket mac ‘n’ cheese, Southern-style green beans, coleslaw, and cornbread prepared by Central Connections’ Executive Chef Josh Blackmore. Beer, including craft beers, soda pop, and water will be available for purchase. The event will be cash only for tickets at the door and food and beverages.
